So, as I type this, my hands are shaking because I am very nervous because I go to school with some of the people that follow me.
Let’s just get right down to it.
I’m FTM transgender. Once I leave for college I will begin transitioning to male and going by the name Lee.
I just wanted to get this out there. I’ve already come out to my parents, which was the hardest thing I will ever do. They’re…less than accepting. But hey, they haven’t kicked me out or told me I’m going to hell yet so that’s a plus.
So, if you know me irl then feel free to ask me questions PRIVATELY. Text me, talk to me in private, whatever. Or if you just know me from tumblr feel free to message me on my new blog –> leedoodles (hint: you should all go follow me there)
However, do not under any circumstances out me to anyone else unless I have personally given you permission. Even though I have put this out on the internet, don’t go shouting it from the rooftops yet. It would be a dick move, a betrayal of trust, and I’d probably never speak to you again.
Unless I decide to come out at school, too, please continue to use female pronouns and my birth name while we’re there, but if we’re talking one on one then using male pronouns is fine.
Seriously, though, don’t be that asshole who outs me to everyone else before I can. That would be so shitty.
